People can have different commitments, from children to elderly relatives. Everyone’s situation is unique – which is why we don’t have a ‘one-size-fits-all’ policy on flexibility.

Instead, we do our best to accommodate each person’s specific needs and provide a reasonable work/life balance. We believe flexibility should be a feature of our underlying culture rather than an official rule. We want it to be ingrained – not bureaucratic.
