Communications & Involvement

It’s essential that we work together as one organisation. Thoughts, opinions and ideas are always welcome. We have a regular staff survey, called Pulse, to encourage feedback from across our organisation. Staff representatives from each department also help to spread news, and often create their own team newsletters. The result is an open, democratic environment where initiatives and information are shared.

We also produce a regular e-bulletin as well as daily news posts on the intranet. Our intranet also features an active message board, enabling staff to enter into online conversations.
